Terms and Conditions

We agree to:

• Design your website and provided all the services described at http://www.creditrepairbiz.com/website.html
  
  
• Host your website on our server
  
  
• Be responsible for domain name renewal, provided your domain is listed with our registrar account. If you choose to use a domain listed in your own registrar account, you will be solely responsible for domain name renewal at your own expense and/or any problems that result from failure to renew your domain name.
  
  
• Make minor changes as you instruct from time to time, that include adding, deleting, or editing textural content and/or hyperlinks. This does not include major site redesign such as adding additional pages that require navigation redesign or changes in site color scheme or layout.
  
  
• Provide you a MakeMyBizFly eCommerce account (Regular $59.95/month value) at no additional charge for as long as your account remains in good standing.

Your fees will be:

• $199.00 to set up your website - this is a one time fee
  
  
• A monthly charge of $99.95 to host and maintain your website. These recurring charges will begin 4 days after your website has been uploaded to our server and is available publicly.

The $99.95 fee will not increase for as long as your account remains in good standing.

WE MAINTAIN THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT, IF AT ANY TIME YOUR FEES ARE MORE THAN 7 DAYS IN ARREARS.

IF YOUR FEES ARE MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ARREARS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT, WHICH INCLUDES DELETING YOUR WEBSITE FROM OUR SERVER.

 ALL FEES, INCLUDING SETUP AND HOSTING/MAINTENANCE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Your domain name is owned by you and will remain your property. We will renew your domain name at no extra charge as long as your account remains in good standing

Your website files are the property of Comtrex LLC. Should your account be terminated, either because you choose to terminate the account, or due to non-payment, you will have no rightful claim to your website files.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any information and/or content that you send us to place on your web site, and for any delays and/or additional expenses incurred as a result of submitting erroneous and/or faulty information.

Any content you send us will be placed on your website "as is." We will not edit, correct grammar or spelling, nor change upper or lower case text.

The above is the extent of our responsibility

SERVICES NOT LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT INCLUDED.

We are not responsible for marketing or promoting your website, or for search engine submission.

IMPORTANT! WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHERE, HOW, OR WHETHER YOUR WEBSITE APPEARS IN SEARCH ENGINE RESULTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SEARCH ENGINE PLACEMENT OF YOUR WEBSITE.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR EXPENSES INCURRED DUE TO YOUR FAILURE ON YOUR PART TO SUBMIT YOUR NECESSARY INFORMATION IN A TIMELY MANNER

This includes:

• The initial information we request as necessary to set up and personalize your website.
• A signed copy of this agreement (you will be directed to download a copy after purchase)
• Your response to the website "mockup" we will email to you for your approval/critique during the site creation process.

In spite of our best efforts mistakes can nevertheless occur.

IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LOOK OVER YOUR COMPLETED WEBSITE TO VERIFY THAT ALL YOUR INFORMATION IS CORRECT.

We will promptly correct any mistakes you report to us.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT INFORMATION ON YOUR WEBSITE.

By purchasing our website design and hosting services you agree to the above terms.
